IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This licence agreement (License) is a legal agreement between you (Licensee or you) and SCDC Ltd WWW.BOBCLOUD.NET (Licensor) for the software (Software), which includes computer software, the data supplied with it, the associated media, printed materials and documentation (Documentation).
We have no technical input into any of the software we provide and simply resell Ahsay’s software and support it as best we can.
If there are any issues with the software we can’t resolve, we will make Ahsay aware.
You should only use our service when you have confirmed it works as expected in your environment.
BY USING OR INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE WHICH WILL BIND YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE:
We license our core software from Ahsay [https://www.ahsay.com] and once you become a user of our service you will be able to issue licenses to your customers’ devices and incur costs. Whenever you issue a license to one of your customers, we are charged by Ahsay (even if you have not used the license), and we will invoice you accordingly. This is how Ahsay licenses their software and it is outside of our control.
To prevent any unexpected charges, ensure each new account is set up in ‘Trial User’ mode and only allocate the amount and type of licenses required (licenses are charged on allocation and not usage). Only convert accounts from ‘Trial’ to ‘Paid’ when your customer has agreed to use and pay for the service from you.
You must ensure anyone who accesses our service with your login details is aware of these conditions. We may at any time ask you to pay an up-front fee to cover the usage of licenses.

BOBcloud’s fair usage policy always ensures we have adequate resources available for other customers.
We don’t limit storage or inbound traffic (ingress). We do monitor outbound traffic (egress) on the pre-defined storage we provide. We don’t monitor egress on your own storage or third-party storage where you have a contract with the respective vendor.
How the policy works
You are permitted to download an equal amount of storage to an account’s storage size over the same 3 month period. This is often adequate for any testing and disaster recovery situations you might face.
Example: If a backup account has 100GB of data stored on one of our pre-defined storage locations, you can download 100GB within the same 3-month period.
If you exceed the guideline on egress
If you exceed this limit we will contact you to suggest an alternative storage location, alternative service, or to work with you on an egress price plan.
This Licence, its subject matter or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
